Sam Nolan is a North Devon based Chartered Architect providing a friendly, client focused and straightforward approach to architecture throughout Devon and the South West.

Sam is an experienced, RIBA and ARB registered Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the architecture, planning and construction industry and a proven track record in the delivery of construction projects.  We can provide a full range of architectural and construction project management services from the inception of your project to its completion.

With 20 years industry experience and more than 15 years post qualification experience working as an Architect in commercial practice our project experience covers a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, education and conservation and has been for a range of client bodies, from private individuals to large UK volume house builders and developers and charities to government bodies.
