Feasibility Study for a new surf hotel in Croyde, North Devon.  Croyde is well known for some of the best surf in the country and the hotel would have provided specialist interest activity holidays including surf and fitness activities.

The feasibility study proposed accommodation which included ensuite hotel bedrooms with panoramic views across Croyde Bay, a new restaurant, bar and external terrace, new fitness & yoga studio and new outdoor swimming pool and terrace overlooking Croyde Beach. 

The site is located within the sensitive setting of the North Devon AONB (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the design of the building used traditional forms and natural recessive materials to attempt to limit visual impact and assimilate the building into the protected landscape.
