Narracott Down Farm is set in 30 acres of gardens, woodland and pasture on the edge of the town of the market town of South Molton, North Devon.  The site has a number of large lakes and streams and is a haven for wildlife with over 50 bird species including kingfishers, barn owls and buzzards.

Using a previous building conversion consent as a 'fallback' position for a new build at the site planning permission and building control approval have been granted for a new unit of holiday let accommodation.

The new accommodation will have an ecological and natural conservation focus and will feature renewable technologies such as an air source heat pump.
