North Lee Farm, North Devon

A new dwelling in a rural countryside setting in North Devon.  The new build dwelling design followed a Class Q conversion application for an existing barn.  The new build dwelling was able to offer a number of  benefits when compared to the previous conversion permission.  

The new house would have a number of sustainable, environmental and biodiversity enhancements including a fabric first approach to the extenal building envelope, new ground source heat pump, solar PV and battery storage and sustainable drainage systems including surface water attenuation and wildlife pond.
